Fantazmz, Captured, a six-song ep, was written and recorded by David Douglas Gagne in Brooklyn, NY. James Francis Walsh co-wrote tracks 1,3,4,5. All tracks were mixed by Micheal Mcinnis at Michael Mcinnis Productions in Portland, ME. Brian Hazard mastered this album at Resonance Mastering in Los Angeles, CA.

Additional contributions include production, keys and sampling from Michael Mcinnis on all tracks, bass from Charles Foster Ellingwood on tracks 3 and 6, electric guitar from David Gagne Sr. on track 3, and additional synthesisers from Jack Butler on track 2.
